Culture Change & Motivation that Works

There is a growing need for being able to deal with change and chaos. This need often arises in conjunction with mergers or other forms of linking up between different companies or organisations, as well as when different units within an organisation are merged. It is often a question of making adjustments in the different company and management cultures so that everybody concerned pulls together and in the same direction.
This process begins with an analysis of the company, which includes interviews with both management and certain key members of staff.
Personal development, management development and organisational development are all fully integrated elements in the process. At the same time, team building and the development of objectives and strategies contribute to creating the necessary sense of understanding and ‘group spirit’. The methods and tools used differ depending on the situation and on the actual purpose of the process

Through our processes, we help individuals, groups and teams, along with entire organizations and companies to achieve better results. We get of at least 20% improvement on the bottom line. Personal clarification and better cooperation and being motivated to share information are major factors. Nature is used as a sounding board in most of our activities so that learning effectiveness is increased. Our methods are based on a holistic view of humanity where there is a focus on opportunities and innovation rather than problems.

Having been a top athlete myself and participating in the Olympics on the Danish rowing team, and being mental coach for executives and top athletes, I know what it takes to achieve excellence. I have been coach for Mette Bloch, who has twice won the world championships in rowing.

Activities

Strategy process and strategy conferences:

We organize strategy process and strategy conferences applying our unique background in management processes and development processes. The aim is to involve as many managers and employees as possible in order to achieve greater ownership and thus greater likelihood of success. Many of our activities are held in beautiful Bled in Slovenia, which is a popular destination for many of our customers.

Unique performance through a strong team:

Together with our team we make sure that you after our process come out as a stronger and more motivated team. The goal is to define and achieve common visions and goals. This is achieved, regardless of group size, by everyone’s participation in the development of common values, visions and goals and in developing an action plan. This can be done through the use of our cascade model. The process gives ownership and thus far greater chance of goals being reached. Nature is use as a sounding board for most of these processes. Groups can be anywhere from 4 and up to many thousands of participants. The process normally takes 3 months. The result is an improvement of at least 20% on the bottom line. Here are the steps we run through.

  • Situation Analysis
    Interviews with top management and key employees. Do our Company Climate Analysis to spot areas of most urgent need for attention. To get a sense of the atmosphere and attitudes of the top management team and it readiness for change. 
  • Situation Analysis Report
    The report will in a condensed for contain my suggestions and proposals for what steps of action need to be taken to achieve the desired goals with the change process
  • Management development program for top management
    Programs in personal development, teambuilding, coaching, mentoring etc. developed specifically on the basis of the situation analysis and possibly including the workshop - "With nature as your sparring partner". The participants will learn how to develop their own values, visions, goals and finally an action plan. Personal coaching is part of the process.
  • Teambuilding program for developing corporate values, visions, goals, strategies and action plans. Corporate Governance will be an integral part of the program.
  • Establishing of cross organizational ad hoc groups
    Groups are formed on the basis of personal wishes and interests around the developed visions and goals.
  • Top management practices coaching and mentoring in the organization.
  • Continuous follow up of team progress and individual progress.
  • Coaching and mentoring of top management in order to ensure lasting effect and results.
