To enhance learning and to be most effective, we use natural as our sparring partner. Being in different surroundings reinforces learning. All outdoor activities are directly relevant to daily life and the results you as a leader or group want to achieve.

Our clients are typically medium sized and larger enterprises and organizations where there is a need for change to become more efficient and competitive. We work for the entire organization as well as for one or more subsidiaries or departments where change is needed. Changes often include restructuring and mergers.
