Having dreams and goals has always been the read thread in the life of Ole Bloch.
He will tell you about how he managed to fulfil a vision of going to the States with his wife and three small daughters in order to study for an MBA, without it costing him anything. He also tells about how he much over-weight came back to Denmark after having studied and worked in the states for a number of years and wanted to loose weight. Ole tells how he through training and coaching himself suddenly ended up on the Danish National Rowing team at an age of 37 and was later selected for the Olympics in Moscow in 1980.

Coaching others started, when Ole Bloch was mental and physical coach for his daughter Mette Bloch - two times World Champion in rowing. Later many other top athletes were helped to achieve medals. The techniques are the same as when he now coaches executives and top managers. The speech is based on his book: Coach yourself to Success - create balance in your life” (Presently only in Danish)
